Returns

Please keep in mind the following return policy:

You have seven days from the date you receive your item to return it. After these seven days, we will not process returns, exchanges, or refunds. To initiate a return, please email contact@adaptuarts.com to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your purchase.

For your return to be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and the original packaging.

Custom Orders and made-to-order items are exempt from returns.
Sale items will not be refunded.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping and transaction fees, usually between 2.9% to 6%.

We will email you once we receive your return to inform you whether it has been approved. Within a few days, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original form of payment minus the cost of shipping and transaction fees.

Gifts

If you receive a gift that you would like to return, please contact us at contact@adaptuarts.com within seven days of receiving the item. Once we receive the returned item, you will receive a gift certificate with a credit for its value. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned item, as these costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for something else on our site, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us at contact@adaptuarts.com within seven days, and we will assist you. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and transaction fees, if applicable.
